Serija ZScanner donosi potrebnu
brzinu, jednostavnost upotrebe i svestranost na području 3D skeniranja
objekata. Skenirajte bilo koji objekt u prostoru i u realnom vremenu, dužine do 10 m u jednom neprekinutom komadu.
Skener se na
računalo spaja preko FireWire ulaza - na objekt koji se želi skenirati potrebno je zalijepiti
refleksivne točke kako bi se izdvojio od ostatka "realnog svijeta". ZScanner programska oprema
stvara poligonsku prežu površine objekta u realnom vremenu, pa je na zaslonu računala jednostavno
pratiti što se skenira. Rezoluciju skeniranja moguće je
promijeniti i tokom samog procesa skeniranja, kako bi se uhvatili i najmanji
detalji.
Klasični skeneri zahtijevaju
fiksiranu poziciju, spretnost pri rukovanju te vanjske pozicionirajuće uređaje
koji moraju biti u vidnom polju skenera. Teže dostupne objekte je gotovo nemoguće
skenirati, potrebno je opsežno obrađivanje skena i sl. ZScanner uzima cjelovitu
površinu odjednom, jednostavn je i mobilan, kao i sve druge ručne naprave.
